As Associate Manager, you will lead a backend-heavy engineering team through integration work that is technical and precise by nature, while contributing hands-on as a senior-level engineer yourself. The team works primarily in Ruby on Rails on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend, with feature development that includes AI-powered Smart Tasks converting underwriting feedback into actionable workflow items within the application. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the organization, such as Cloud and Data/AI platform as the product continues expanding its intelligent capabilities.
