We're hiring a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering organization. As a (former) individual contributor, you developed innovative products and made hard decisions to solve ambiguous technical problems. You are now scaling your impact by enabling the team to achieve the same level of technical excellence you’re known for. You'll report directly to our CTO and work closely with existing engineering leads to create that future. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX . Our engineering team leans senior, with most members having over 10 years of experience at high-growth companies in Austin. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you could: Partner with product to design self-serve customer experiences, defining the technical direction and leading your team to deliver measurable outcomes.
