Job Overview: We are looking for a continous improvement technician to join a growing team, focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll lead TEOA and lean initiatives, improve efficiency and quality and work hands‑on with teams to turn ideas into practical solutions. You’ll play a key part in shaping processes, supporting production and driving real visible impact on the shop floor. Your new role: - Report and analyse TEBIT project performance against KPIs - Drive continuous improvement through implementation and sustainment of the TEOA programme - Partner with Manufacturing and external suppliers to improve efficiency, productivity and cost - Create and lead manufacturing improvement programmes across assembly areas - Define processes, standards and checks to ensure consistent deployment - Lead and audit lean activities including 5S, TIMWOODS, TPM and process deployment - Ensure production readiness by defining, documenting and training on equipment, tooling and gauges - Document and train...
