Job description

Salary: $58,935 - $110,000 Guidance Quality (GQ) administrative analyst works closely with the lead, relieving administrative burdens so the lead can focus on technical aspects of the project. Essential Job Functions: The GQ Admin Analyst responsibilities include: Track GQ Team personnel and any required travel requirements such as support for ship certification testing. - Manage and track weekly tasking of the GQ team members across various efforts - Maintain the GQ Teams site and perform configuration management on documentation - Perform technical editing on documentation and manage review cycles - Manage comment resolution and submission for documentation - Coordinate with higher-level configuration manager on ISEA documentation updates - Manage and run weekly working group meetings, coordinating agenda and briefs with GQ Lead, and take meeting minutes. - Coordinate with outside JPALS contractors on required events where GQ Team participation is required - Represent GQ Team in meetings as necessary and coordinate follow-on actions with GQ Lead. - Liaison between GQ Team and other functional areas, program offices, and outside contractors.
