Job description

Position Summary Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in the facility by performing the following duties. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet's principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. Principle Responsibilities: - Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment and performs routine, scheduled designated preventative maintenance. - Discusses machine operation variations with management or production workers to diagnose equipment problems. - Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. - Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. - Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. - Monitor the progress of maintenance activities for effective compliance with maintenance plan. - Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specific...
