Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development. - 6 years of experience in commercial or industrial real estate, sourcing, or infrastructure acquisition. - Experience with corporate finance concepts (e.g., NPV, ROI) and performing financial modeling. Preferred qualifications: - Understanding of data center concepts, power, or cooling technology. - Familiarity with basic agreement terms and redlining documents. - Ability to synthesize information clearly and communicate effectively in a changing, global environment.
