Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Invasive Cardiac Technologist to join our team! What’s Available: Location: La Crosse Hours: Full‑time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Shifts: Between 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday: Starting Pay: $36.18/hour + more with experience Department: Cath Lab and EP: What You’ll Do: Oversee daily workflow and patient flow in the Cath Lab, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Serve as a resource and first point of problem‑solving for staff, collaborating with leadership to support departmental needs. Provide training, guidance, and ongoing education for new and existing Invasive Cardiac Technologists. Support quality improvement, equipment oversight, scheduling coordination, and the development of protocols.
