To our client within retail we are now looking for a Business Analyst - Value Realization Lead! Job Description The Value Realization Lead is responsible for ensuring that the CBT (Core Business Transformation) program SAP transformation delivers measurable business value. This role defines, tracks, and enables the realization of both tangible and intangible benefits across projects, investments, and teams. By aligning outcomes with strategic goals, the Value Realization Lead ensures that the organization captures the full return on its transformation efforts. Key Responsibility: Define and implement value realization frameworks and metrics across the program. Measure and track business value delivered by projects and workstreams, including financial and non-financial benefits. Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify value drivers and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Provide insights and reporting on benefit realization to program leadership and stakeholders.
