Job Description Overview: Are you driven by the pursuit of excellence in quality assurance? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve our operational objectives and exceed client expectations. In this role, you’ll contribute to strategic audits and reviews by providing valuable information and analysis. You’ll prepare and complete gap analyses and audit plans, identify and resolve problems, and determine system improvements. Developing and implementing quality management systems, as well as potentially training client staff, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You’ll validate supplier quality management processes using established procedures, document evidence, and determine operational and performance qualifications. Writing and updating quality assurance procedures will also be part of your role. Maintaining and improving quality through inspections, compliance assessments, and staff interviews will be essential. You’ll collaborate with other management members to develop new methods and training procedures.
