Join a global team shaping compensation strategies across multiple countries. You’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and help embed compliant, transparent pay practices. This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of analytics, regulation, and business strategy, with visibility across regions and functions. You will partner widely, simplify complexity, and improve how compensation works at scale. As a Compensation Associate in Global Compensation, you will support strategic priorities across multiple countries by delivering analysis, insights, and advisory to recruiters, business advisors, and managers. Your focus on EU Pay Transparency compliance, Gender Pay Gap disclosure requirements and calculations, and country‑specific pay policies. You will translate data into narratives that inform decisions, strengthen controls, and advance transparent, equitable compensation practices.
