Description Embrace U is an evidence-based mental health provider offering group therapy, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), designed for adolescents ages 10-18. Location: Mount Juliet, TN- Onsite: Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p: Salary: $55,000-$60,000 based on experience: Patient Population: Adolescents ages 10-18: Licensure: LPN license required: Job purpose: 3Cs: A.
