THIS POSTING IS TO FILL THE CURRENT VACANCY AND TO ESTABLISH AN ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR THE FUTURE VACANCIES THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Three years’ experience in bus or rail transportation. Must be knowledgeable of and can administer the current labor agreement. Must have knowledge of MARTA bus routes or rail lines and personal computer applications. Should also understand dispatching and utilizing the automated dispatch system. Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. Must be conscientious, demonstrate high degree of dependability, detail oriented, and possess high level organization skills. Demonstrated leadership and multi-tasking skills are desired. INTERVIEW SELECTION PROCESS: The selection process may include one or more components to demonstrate applicants’ knowledge, skills and abilities in job related areas.
