Overview Grove Dental Associates: Patient Service Representative (Must live in Illinois) Hours of Operation: Hours can vary from 7am-6pm M-F and possible Saturdays from 7am -230pmFull time position 40 hours a week Training would be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm at the Downers Grove location Position would be Remote once fully trained, providing work from home criteria is met. The training is approximately 3-4 weeks.Must have high speed internet and a quiet private workspace to work remotely Pay: $17.00/hour based on experience: Our Patient Service Center is expanding! As a member of our team, you will… - Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointment - Create patient charts on the computer - Multitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computer - Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
