Job Summary As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing application development teams to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that support critical business operations. You will blend technical leadership with people management, driving engineering excellence while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented team environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. This position is 100% onsite, day 1 in our Erlanger, KY office.
