THE DAY-TO-DAY: Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards. Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
