POSITION SUMMARY: The FULL TIME Patient Services Representative facilitates communication between patients and doctors, clinical staff, and administrative staff, and acts as the liaison between patients, insurance companies, and the Central Billing department. Responsibilities include verifying insurance, obtaining pre-authorizations, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, triage, responding to patient inquiries, and maintaining charts.
