Inside the Role The Administrative Operations Manager is a critical leadership position within the Canton Parts Distribution Center (PDC), driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role oversees centralized administrative operations with a focus on receiving and shipping, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Reporting to the PDC Manager, this position aligns administrative tasks with operational goals, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and collaborates across functions to resolve complex challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WMS systems, inventory management, and team leadership, with a passion for process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
