Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach Graceland University is seeking a dynamic Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach to assist in all operations of a University Men’s Basketball Program. Applicants must be proactive, have good time management skills and the ability to connect and lead college athletes appropriately. We are seeking a passionate coach who is committed to excellence and is willing to work within the coaching staff to continue our program to greatness. Graceland University is a private liberal arts university located in Lamoni Iowa and competing in the competitive NAIA Heart of America Athletic Conference. The university is conveniently located 1 hour south of Des Moines and 2 hours north of Kansas City. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Assists in the planning and implementation of details in all aspects of the Men’s Basketball program. - Planning and delivery of training sessions. - Facilitation of a Reserve program and all aspects related. - Involvement in Social Media Marketing of Varsity and Reserve teams. - Travel Organization - Budgeting - Fundraising - Ability to recruit, coach and teach highly talented student-athletes. - Representing the University at campus, alumn...
