This role sits at the intersection of global regulation and strategic decision‑making. As a (Senior) Expert Regulatory Policies, you shape how prudential rules translate into strategy—advising senior leaders and turning complex global frameworks and regulations into clear, practical direction with real impact across an international bank. The team: Based at the Global Headquarters in Amsterdam, the Regulatory Policies & Oversight team consists of 4 regulatory experts and 2 change specialists led by the Global Head of Regulatory Policies & Oversight. The team consists of a diverse group of experts with different nationalities and backgrounds and is part of the Policies & Procedures department of Group Finance (which, next to the Regulatory Policies & Oversight department, consists of the IFRS policies, ESG Policies and Reporting Control Management departments).
