Job description

Description Summary: Responsible for the general upkeep of the building and property. Inspects the premises on a daily basis to identify problems. Serves as the point of contact for all facilities and equipment maintenance, defect, and repair work. Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance craft occupations to keep building structures in optimal conditions.
