ECS is seeking a Director Enterprise Applications Delivery to work in our Fairfax, VA office. Position Summary: The Director, Enterprise Applications Delivery leads day-to-day execution of ECS’s Business Systems Optimization initiative across critical enterprise platforms, including Deltek Costpoint 8.2, Spectrum CLM, ADP HRIS, Salesforce, and related systems. Reporting to the CIO, this role serves as the senior delivery leader for enterprise application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, releases, and ongoing support. Working closely with initiative leadership, product owners, the PMO, business stakeholders, and IT teams, this leader translates approved priorities into executable plans and drives disciplined delivery across internal teams and external partners. This is a high-impact modernization role focused on execution. The Director is responsible for delivery planning, development oversight, capacity and dependency assessment, vendor management, release readiness, and operational continuity across shared teams supporting both break/fix and new development.
