Supervisor Plant Operations

Job description

The Supervisor, Plant Operations provides oversight of plant operations, including facility maintenance, procurement, fleet operations, and asset management activities. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating complex maintenance, fleet, and capital improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards, safety requirements, and budgetary controls. Strategic Project Management (Large-scale Projects): Leads planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale and high-impact projects, optimizing resources, timelines, and operational efficiency across facilities and fleet operations. Provides direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to plant operations, facilities, and fleet personnel; promotes cost-containment and efficiency initiatives; and drives continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability, safety, and overall operational performance.
