TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: HR Business Partner: The Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for process Improvement and supporting the HRBP community and their leaders across the globe. This role drives efficiency and effectiveness across all HR processes with focus on waste elimination, optimization and use of technology, and shared protocols - ensuring services are delivered in the most efficient and effective way possible. Through continuous evaluation and innovation, this team works to identify opportunities for improvement, standardize best practices globally, and deploy strategies to enhance performance and service delivery of HR operations. Serves as global resource and subject matter expert to HRBP’s, has ownership of recruiting, pre-onboarding, and onboarding experience and process, talent pipeline implementing strategies for ongoing pipeline in advance of business need, including preparing job descriptions and goal setting and planning events, serves as conduit to broader global HR team for recruiting help and collaboration, stays abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in specific area of expertise, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and skills within th...
