Position Summary: Support the development, negotiation, execution, and administration of transmission‑related agreements for Xcel Energy’s system, consistent with utility business practices, FERC‑jurisdictional requirements, and large‑scale infrastructure project needs. Oversee and administer both load and generation related interconnection agreements with other transmission owners, municipalities, and independent power producers that interconnect to and deliver their product through the Xcel Energy transmission system. Apply an understanding of electric utility operations, transmission planning, and major infrastructure delivery to evaluate commercial risk, cost responsibility, and contractual alignment with approved tariffs, policies, and project scopes.
