Salary Range: $196,000.00 - $254,000.00 What’s the role?: As the Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities you will be responsible for advising on securities laws, understanding business risks and opportunities, and advising the senior leaders and other internal partners on all aspects of the business through a public company lens. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities.
