Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Project Engineer in Richland, WA. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: Organize, coordinate, and manage the efforts of a multi-discipline engineering team (including the supply chain) responsible for delivering assigned engineering scope required to meet project objectives. Maintains a close working relationship with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Support Engineers, Design Authorities, and Engineering Managers to ensure good engineering performance. May be assigned Design Authority (DA) and Buyer Technical Representative (BTR) duties.
