This person must be organized, focused, confident, problem solver, have a positive attitude and demonstrate common sense. They will greet guests, answers incoming calls, and perform administrative tasks for various departments as needed. Responsibilities: Shorr Packaging does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position. The targeted compensation for this position is between $19 - 23 per hour depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate. The expected work hours for this position is 7:00 - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday - Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have. - Effectively and politely answer phone calls to the correct department. - Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times. - Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including a scanner, copy machine, and computer. - Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor and employee key cards. - Update the Lobby Welcome slides for new employees or custom...
