ROTARY HOSPICE STRATFORD PERTH: NOTICE OF VACANCY: POSITION: R EGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE (RPN): Casual position (12hr shifts): $29.55 - $36.30/HOUR: POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the interprofessional collaborative team, the nurse is responsible for individualized hospice and palliative care that focuses on comfort and quality of life, care planning, assessment & pain and symptom management, and psychosocial care for the resident and their family.
