the D Casino & Hotel JOB TITLE: Supervisor: DEPARTMENT: Facilities JOB SUMMARY: Lead a team to perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide and have working knowledge of, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building controls and fire safety systems. QUALIFICATIONS: - Lead a team to perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide - Work daily with personal hand tools and company owned power tools - Ensure that work orders and projects are completed as assigned through computer-based program in a timely manner - Effectively communicate details of work orders and follow up through to completion - Ensure parts and inventory needs are ordered - Responsible for creating schedule and approving time off requests - Ensure customer satisfaction - Follow lawful direction from Upper Management - Understand and follow work and safety rules and procedures - Interact well with others and be a positive influence on Team Member morale - Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and standards - Other duties as assigned - Experience leading a team with positive influence and build team morale - Intermediate computer skills - Strong communicatio...
