Job Summary: This is a Temporary, Summer Internship position located at Estes' Richmond, VA Corporate Office and lasting from May to August (maximum of 3 months). Qualifications: - Assist with assigned HR projects and initiatives, working closely with management and experienced team members. - Perform various administrative tasks, including routine filing, data entry, research, auditing, proofing, data analysis, and reporting. - Gain a thorough understanding of Estes HR business processes and procedures. - Participate in on-the-job training specific to the HR department in which the position will reside. - Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers - Assist in tracking and maintenance of HR records.
