SUMMARY: The Reconciliation Manager oversees two teams of reconcilers responsible for ATM, Vault, and Bank reconciliations across U.S. Deposits, Canada, and Mexico. This role requires the ability to resolve escalated and complex issues, manage cross-border teams, and lead new cash reconciliation initiatives and customer setups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review daily reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. - Manage the ATM shortage reconciliation process, including armored carrier and processor claims. - Lead and oversee the setup of new bailment providers. - Partner with senior accounting leadership and IT to evaluate, redesign, and implement reconciliation-related systems, processes, procedures, and controls. - Serve as the business lead for internal and ext...
