The Senior Reinsurance Analyst is responsible for reporting and analysis for ceded and assumed reinsurance. Strong reconciliation skills required for validation of ceded payable and assumed recoverable/payable. Provides necessary support for monthly close process, manage assigned accounts, special projects as assigned. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: - Calculate and validate ceded reinsurance premiums in reinsurance system. - Prepare monthly and quarterly bordereaux to report ceded premiums and losses to reinsurers. - Review reinsurer premium invoices and validate amounts due. - Manages cash and research discrepancies. - Resolves payment discrepancies with underwriters and reinsurers. - Process ceded payments and apply cash receipts in re...
