Position Title: Systems Technician Department/School: Infrastructure Salary/Pay Rate: $65,000 - $70,000 Job Summary: The Systems Technician is a member of the Infrastructure Team as part of Marist Information Technology. This position’s primary responsibility is to provide operational support to Data Center, Server Rooms, LAN Rooms and Co-location Sites. Secondary, this position will provide systems support to the Microsoft Cloud solutions, Identity Access and Management solutions and ITSM platforms. Essential technical duties include preventative maintenance on infrastructure components, maintaining physical equipment (Servers, UPS, Appliances, and Cabling) as well as ensuring that the institution’s digital infrastructure operates efficiently, remains secure, and meets performance expectations.
