Your Expedition (Position Overview) As a key member within the IT Enterprise Architecture (ITEA) organization, the Senior Technical Business Analyst (STBA) works at the intersection of travel operations, data systems, and technology. This role combines deep analytical skills with hands-on SQL proficiency to drive requirements, support data validation, and translate business needs into technical specifications. You will collaborate with travel industry stakeholders, IT development teams, and third-party partners to improve processes, integrate travel systems, and ensure data accuracy across platforms. This role reports to the VP, Enterprise Architecture. You’ll excel in this role if you can think analytically, communicate clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences, and work comfortably with SQL Server, Mid-Office systems, GDS connected data, and travel industry integrations.
