Maintenance Utility Technician

Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30pm-4:30am Compensation: $22.70 + $1.50 shift differential JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. - Troubleshooting and identifying issues with equipment and systems, and performing repairs and maintenance as needed. - Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning and longevity of equipment and systems. - Responding to and addressing maintenance requests, including repairs, replacements, and installations. - Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and equipment and coordinating with vendors for replacements or repairs. - Keeping maintenance records and documentation, including work orders, repair logs, and maintenance schedules. - Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including performing minor repairs and upkeep tasks. - Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. - Assisting with the setup and breakdown of equipment and systems for events or projects. - Collaborating with other maintenance technicians and departments to ens...
