This role ensures the health, safety, and well-being of individuals by delivering direct clinical care, administering medications, and supporting each person’s individualized care plan. Provide direct nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, assessing health status, and responding to medical concerns. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and in compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing care, treatments, and medication administration in medical records. Assist in the development and implementation of person-centered care plans. Review health data tracking logs. Assists with interpretation of physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant orders and reviews summary report after office visits.
