Success is measured through delivery of the consumer cards commercial strategy, ownership of initiative business cases, defined delivery plans, and providing clear business direction to ensure outcomes align with organisational goals, OKRs, and KPIs. Additionally, you’ll own commercial development for consumer product changes, including business model creation, stakeholder engagement, and securing business buy in. You will assess market conditions, competitors, and internal capabilities, identify risks, resolve product decisions, and act as a trusted SME.
