Position Title: TRIO Upward Bound Residential Staff. Department: TRIO Upward Bound. Classification: Non-Exempt. Work Schedule: During the academic summer program, residential hall staff work varied hours. This position requires overtime when on night and morning shifts. Staff can anticipate working a minimum of one morning shift and one night shift per week. This is a live-in position (Sunday evening - Friday afternoon). supervisors. Position Overview: Upward Bound hosts approximately 120 UB students on campus each summer for an annual six-week academic residential summer program. Students live in a residence hall from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon, returning home every weekend.
