Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Ongoing: Pay Rate: $10/hour: Job Description: The Library Services Student Assistant is responsible for: Providing directional information for the 3rd floor and Elizabeth Barrett Browning Salon to building tourists. - Dressing in “business casual” attire while at work (quick changes are allowed). - Greeting researchers. - Registering researchers. - Ensuring researchers sign-in and sign-out of the Belew Scholars’ Room. - Assigning and providing access to lockers. - Answering initial questions about library use. - Using video surveillance equipment to ensure the security of materials while they are in the Belew Scholars’ Room.
