Job DetailsJob Location: Hotel - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Full Time SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting Hospitality Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of Jumping Coyote Espresso Bar. Responsible for preparation and service of all espresso bar food and beverage menu items. Responsible for the daily set-up and break-down of this work area, maintaining it in a neat and sanitary condition. Maintains the highest standards of menu item preparation following standard recipes to assure consistency of all beverages served. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Trains new Baristas. Assists in the ordering, stocking and maintenance of product inventory. Assists Hospitality Supervisor in developing appropriate schedules in a timely manner. Prepares and serves food and beverages in the Espresso Bar. Follows approved recipes for the preparation of beverages to assure consistency while maintaining portion control and quality standards.
