Role Summary Anthropologie Home is seeking a visionary Associate Designer for Home Accessories. The Associate Designer provides foundational support to the design team, assisting with the daily administrative and creative tasks required to move a product from concept to production. This role focuses on developing technical proficiency and a foundational understanding of the Anthropologie Home brand and customer. Role Responsibilities: - Design Concept Development - Create original and visually appealing product designs that align with current market trends and our brandidentity - Support the design team in preparing materials, boards, and samples for concept and sketch presentations. - Organize and maintain the sample library, reference materials and color palettes. - Research and Development - Conduct home & fashion trend and market research and continually push new develop and innovativetechniques and materials. - Sketching - Produce digital sketches to communicate design idea and explore creative concepts. - Technical Specifications and Product Execution - Assist in sketching under the guidance of senior staff. - Working with our product development team to assist in the cre...
