Company Description Flexis, formed from the Joint venture between Renault Group, Volvo Group and CMA/CGM in April 2024, is a European mobility solutions OEM based in France. Flexis designs, develops and manufactures a new generation of 100% electric commercial vans and provides fleet management solutions based on a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture. The Start Of Production (SOP) of the first Flexis vehicles is planned in April 2026. We will become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.
