Title: Lead Fabricator Location: Richmond, VA Pay: Up to $ 30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Shift: 1st Shift Duration: Contract to Hire Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Shift Lead Fabricator to lead and assist a team of welders/fabricators in fabrication and welding operations during the shift. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring seamless production workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
