Postdoctoral Scholar - Research Associate

Job description

Temporary, fixed-term; one year and renewable on the recommendation of the faculty mentor and at the discretion of the dean. May be renewed up to a maximum of five years. We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with background in either bioinformatics, cancer biology, epigenomics, immunology, or metabolism to join our NIH-funded laboratory at Center for Craniofacial Molecular Biology, Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Southern California. The Lin lab aims to develop faithful in vivo and in vitro cancer models for better understanding of its biology as well as its vulnerability. We are further integrating advanced computational methodologies and cutting-edge genomic tools to strengthen these models. Successful candidates will lead projects, from designing projects, conducting experiments, performing analyses, producing manuscripts.
