Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Human Resources (HR) Service Center Supervisor to join our HR team! Position Summary: The Supervisor position is responsible for directly leading the HR Service Center team, delivering high quality, exemplary services to Park Nicollet colleagues. Fosters a team environment and a strong, service-oriented culture, ensuring timely and quality-driven customer outcomes that maintain a superior standard for service, quality, and productivity. Leads call center activities that include self-service and personal 1:1 assistance regarding HR programs and systems. Oversees accurate data entry and maintenance of team member and organizational data within various HR systems. Demonstrates strong partnerships with the HR Center of Excellence teams including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Occupational Health Services (FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, etc.), Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and Employee/Labor Relations.
