Job Description We are seeking an experienced Principal Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the leadership team within our Power Group. In this role, you will partner closely with the Global HR Business Partner and senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives that enable organizational performance, talent growth, and cultural transformation. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business priorities by leveraging your expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and data‑driven decision-making. This position requires strong partnership skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced global environment.
