Job description

Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. The Consultant, Enterprise Workforce planning will support the design and execution of workforce planning processes, tools, and analytics. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to collect and analyze workforce data, forecast talent needs, and develop reports and dashboards. Contribute to building workforce planning capability across the organization. Note: All roles require full-time on-site presence (5 days per week) at the designated location.
