Location: Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: No Job Summary: $30,000 sign on bonus for eligible applicants!! The MRI Operations Supervisor provides day to day operations supervision for assigned imaging locations and is responsible for: patient safety & satisfaction, process improvement, staff competencies, training, hiring and onboarding, performance management, regulatory requirements, policy adherence, financial management, equipment, and supplies in collaboration with Radiology Modality Manager, Radiology Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Physician modality chief(s). This position directly supervises a team of MRI Team Leaders, Technologists and other staff and directly reports to the MRI Modality Manager.
