Workforce Australia – Employment Coach Location – This role requires travel across the Traralgon and Morwell sites where required Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time: About the opportunity: As an Employment Coach you will deliver high level customer service through matching customers to the most effective interventions to become job ready and find suitable and sustainable employment. You will work with customers to identify and address employment and non-employment related barriers. You will empower our customers, supporting them into sustainable employment, building their independence and improving their wellbeing. It is an engaging, challenging and rewarding role.
