As People Operations Lead - Switzerland, you will own and deliver day-to-day People Operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with the Group People Operations Manager to support the transition to a harmonised, scalable One SITS Group model while driving process improvements, HRIS optimisation, and data accuracy. You’ll be part of a fun, focused, and supportive People team that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
